Deep Tissue Massage
Its primary function is to release the tension and tightness held deeply in your muscles and your connective tissues. Its perfect for chronic pain, stiff neck, sore shoulder, upper & lower back pain, leg muscle tightness etc. It can be intense pressure but only on targeted areas and is combined with gentle calm massage.
Swedish/Therapeutic Massage
A calming & relaxing massage performed with soft long strokes that helps with ailments such as poor circulation, stress, muscular tension. It also reduces high blood pressure and eliminates toxins. It will rejuvenate and energise the body.
Seated/Chair/Work Massage
This massage can be 10-30 minutes long and is performed fully clothed. It focuses on your upper body such as your back, shoulders, arms, hands, neck and head. It is relaxing, stress relieving and revitalising.
